1. Custom-to-size option is available for certain products and will be available within 3 months from the date of deposit.

2. Custom-to-size items will require a 50% deposit to proceed to the next step. After the order has been placed, the customer will be contacted by an expert consultant immediately to proceed with custom measurements.

3. The customer will be required to pay the remaining 50% when consultation is complete and order is approved. When consultants have confirmed that the payment has been received the order would proceed to be manufactured and shipped up to 3 months from the date of complete payment.

4. If a customer has a change in mind in 48 hours (3 days) time from the date of deposit and notify the consultant via chat, the deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Design modification requests will not be applied after the dress is more than 30% complete, as determined by, and at the sole discretion of VIETCHARM.
