Try to keep the fans from getting wet. You can take care of your fans by cleaning them with mild soap water and then oiling them afterwards. Oils that are suitable for this purpose are among others coconut oil, olive oil or any other kind of natural oil. By oiling the wooden fans you keep the wood from cracking and the patterns on the surface of the heels stays beautiful.

Pre-Order and Customized Orders will ship on estimatedly 35 days, which already includes a time frame for order processing/manufacturing. These items will be shipped through Premium Express once they are completed/available.

Items may be returned by mail or in store. The return time frame for online purchases is 7 days from the date of delivery and receipt must be shown. Returned products should be provided with an invoice or discussion from our official consultants not have any flaws and damages, otherwise the return process won’t be approved and won’t be refunded.
